Subscription

Question

Hi,

I was trying to cancel my subscription before the free trial ran out because I did not need the service beyond that. I attempted to do so by going in to my subscriptions manager on my iPhone but Adobe was not listed. I could not cancel what I could not see, but I was charged anyway. I'm not even asking for a refund but I would like to prevent any further charges if possible. Thank you

I checked with the e-mail address but could not search for any active subscription on the e-mail address provided.

If you have purchased the subscription through your store, I suggest you contact your Store operator as they would be in the best position to assist you.

The e-mail address through which you have registered here on the community is the same through which you have a subscription with us?

I could not search for an existing subscription with the current e-mail address. If it is different, please share with us over private messages so that we can check and assist you accordingly.
