Hello all I have paid a years subscription on the 06/02/2021 the money has gone out my bank account but I can't access my pdf edit it says I need to subscribe does it take time to start

  2. Make and model of your device?

 

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

I have had a long-standing subscription, paid up to date and now I am unable to open Acrobat DC. It says my subscription cannot be verified. I've logged out, logged back in, restarted the computer, even tried to uninstall the app, but I'm told the app is not legitimate??? What is going on. This is seriously impacting my workload.

This is the Acrobat Reader for Mobile forum. Is your issue with Reader, which is free, or Adobe Acrobat?
