I recently got a new iPad and downloaded Adobe acrobat , which I have a subscription for, but when I logged in it takes me to a previous account which I did not even know still existed with no subscription.

so Now I can not access my subscribed account were all my files are.

I hope you're doing great.

 

Are you trying to log in with your Apple ID or manually with the Adobe ID?

If not, please try to log in by manually typing your Adobe ID.

 

If the issue persists, could you please help me with the following details: - 

1. Application name and version.

2. OS version of your device
