I am subscribed to premium features and I can not use them. It's asking me to subscribe AGAIN. I need to edit my pdf immediately

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked with your account registered on the community boards and could not find an active subscription. Would you mind sharing the email address over private messages you are subscribed to so we can look into the issue?

Also, can you share a few screenshots of the error you see? Please try the below troubleshooting steps.

1. Go to Profile-> Subscriptions;

2. Click on Restore Purchases.
