I cancelled my subscription for Adobe premium the same day I started it but I was still charged after my 7 day trial!?!?!!

I checked your account and saw the subscription that you opted for is monthly-based.

 

The 7-day free trial is applicable only if you opt-in for the yearly subscription and not monthly.
