I'm a hard working single mom. Having 69.99 taken out of my account because of a accidental subscription and immediately cancelled the subscription right away. Never even used. Please do the right thing and refund our money.

In addition to the two correct replies from Adobe employees telling you we cannot help with billing on this forum, I'd like to warn you that scammers frequent forums these days, so do not respond to any PMs you may get purporting to be Adobe.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to get a refund.

 

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.

It has been impossible to get intouch with a live person. My problem has gone unsolved. I cancelled the membership immediately. Never used it. I would like to have my money back please.
