Hello I purchased the 9.99 package today it says I won't have to renew until June .. But everytime I go to do anything in my account it says I have to pay a fee again of 9.99 when I'm already subscribed

What did you subscribe to for $9.99? Adobe Acrobat Reader (where you posted) is free.
