I canceled a subscription before my 7 days were up on the free trial but for some reason I've been charged twice for a subscription I don't have. Why am I being charged when I have no subscriptions?

Hi,

Try visiting https://adobe.com/plans

You will be able to see a current history of invoices and spot discrepancies with your plan. Contact Adobe Customer Care to dispute any dicrepancies. In the meanwhile, call your bank and/or check your bank statements to actually see the charge(s).

If you do find that Adobe charged you twice,  submit a dispute through your bank  for a subscription that you claim you don't have anymore. You may not stop the continued charges until your issue meets a resoultion but you can stop the monthly draw directly from your bank.

Again, you must contact Adobe Customer Care directly. You won't resolve this issue here in the support forums.
