I subscribed for the adobe premium and the 10.99 was taken from my account last week. My account doesn't say I have premium though and I cannot covert to pdf or do anything that I should be able to do

Good luck.  I'm in the same situation.  Adobe has failed to provide any sort of support for this, and I doubt they will.
