Subscription charged even after cancellation

Good Morning Adobe Team,

So last night I tried to work on a document with Adobe and I noticed that it was giving me technical issues. Immediately I went an unsubscribed but then I was charged 11,500 for that.

Money was taken from my account without my consent. Kindly look into this as I had unsubscribe from the app and please reverse my 11,500..that's alot.

Attached is the evidence of transaction.

I hope you're doing well. Thanks for reaching out!

I checked your Adobe account using the Adobe ID linked to this community and found that you recently purchased the Acrobat Premium subscription on an annual plan and were charged. Your subscription is still active.

However, I have shared your request with our billing team, and they will cancel your plan soon. A refund will also be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is complete.
