Subscription help

Hi, 
 
My premium subscription has renewed after my 7 day free trial. It is as a complete oversight on my part. I am unwell and on long term disability so my condition does impact my memory  
 
Can I please ask for the subscription to be refunded please. Due to my illness I am on low income and without the refund I will struggle to buy food this month.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, we suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
