Subscription Issue

I have had Adobe Pro for a while now and have always had payments come out of my account but I just tried accessing things that are included in my subscription and it says I do not have the subscription. I looked at my account and it doesn't say anywhere that I pay monthly for the Adobe Pro but a payment just came out of my account on the 12th. Why???

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

 

I checked your email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
