I just resubscribed but when to go to print something from my iPhone it's asking me to subscribe again.  Any ideas? How can I contact Adobe?

How? Do you have a phone number or email to share with me? is there a live chat with tech support?

that support page is a dead end. No help there…..no way to contact anyone in sales or finance.

Please contact tech support, and they will take care of it internally at their end.

I ended Adobe in task manager and essentially re-logged in and it appears to have resolved the issue even though its querying whether my location is Australa . Please provide one month credit...I wasted 2 hours on this. No access to a call centre is disgraceful.

Hello,

I understand that this situation is extremely frustrating, especially when you have an active subscription and need to get work done quickly.

From your description, it sounds like Acrobat is reporting that the subscription has expired or is not available in your current location, which may indicate an account, licensing, or activation issue rather than a problem with the PDF itself.

While this is a community forum and responses are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe, Adobe Support can directly review subscription and account-related issues. To help get this resolved as quickly as possible, please contact Adobe Support through:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If you're able to provide a screenshot of the exact message you're receiving, along with:

  • Your Acrobat version
  • Your operating system
  • Whether you're signed in with the Adobe ID that owns the subscription

the community may also be able to help identify the cause.

We understand the urgency, especially if this is preventing you from using features included with your subscription. At this stage an account or licensing issue will likely require direct review by Adobe Support.

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

I checked your Adobe account and can see that you have a subscription for the AI Assistant.

You can use the free Acrobat Reader mobile app to view, read, highlight, and print PDF files.

Since you're seeing a message asking you to subscribe, could you let us know the exact steps you're following to print the file? The popup usually appears when someone tries to use a paid feature by mistake.

Also, please make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Try updating it from the App Store or Play Store and restart your device to see if that helps.

You can also check this help page for more info:https://adobe.ly/4kFsAnD

Let us know how it goes!
