Subscription issues

Hello there. 

I purchased a subscription but am not able to use the service at all. Keep receiving an error when attempting to even simply view a pdf. 
I have recently been charged a second time for this and would prefer to cancel the subscription and be refunded if it cannot be fixed. 
 
Please advise.

    Hello I have a subscription but it's not letting me use the services like it's trying to make me pay again and I just paid it on the 24th of this month can someone help me
