Subscription Not Active Despite Two Purchases

  Hello,

 

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription twice, however my subscription is still not active in the app.

I keep receiving the message: “Your subscription has been cancelled or has expired.”

 

I have already tried the following steps, but the issue remains unresolved:

 

  • Restore purchases
  • Sign out and sign back in
  • Reinstall the application
  • Sign in using Apple ID

 

 

The payment was successfully processed on Apple’s side, and my purchase history is available.

However, the subscription does not appear in my Adobe account.

I kindly request that you:

 

  • Activate the subscription on my account, or
  • Process a refund / correctly assign the subscription

 

 

Please let me know if you need the Apple purchase receipts or any additional information.

Ali, thanks for creating this public discussion thread. I am showing that your subscription is active through the Apple App Store. What type of device are you trying to use Acrobat on? What error do you receive when trying to sign in using the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/48Ndj0v? ^JW

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

The current email address you shared indicates that the subscription has been cancelled. 

 

This is the reason you are not able to use the features. You would need to resubscribe to use the features again.
