Subscription Not Active Despite Two Purchases
Hello,
I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription twice, however my subscription is still not active in the app.
I keep receiving the message: “Your subscription has been cancelled or has expired.”
I have already tried the following steps, but the issue remains unresolved:
- Restore purchases
- Sign out and sign back in
- Reinstall the application
- Sign in using Apple ID
The payment was successfully processed on Apple’s side, and my purchase history is available.
However, the subscription does not appear in my Adobe account.

- Process a refund / correctly assign the subscription
