Subscription not found

Hi. I have an active subscription, however when I login to the app, it says I'm a free user. Restoring the purchases didn't work. Neither did purchasing a new one. Contacted Apple support and confirmed that my subscription is active. Help

I've checked the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID (email) you're using in this community, but I wasn't able to find an active plan for Acrobat Premium. If you used a different email ID for the purchase, please let us know so we can help track down your subscription.

 

Additionally, you should have received a confirmation email from the App Store when you made the purchase. If you could share a screenshot of that email via private message, it would be very helpful.
