Subscription not workIng
Good afternoon. I accedently purchased the year subscription after the trial expired, on June 11, 2021. I didn't realize this happened until two weeks after the trial ended. The app never updated to unlock the full features and i have not had access to them since paying the $70. This is unacceptable and would like to have access to the purchased locked item. If this is not possible, i would like to receive a full refund because your app does not work, as is, on my iPad.
