Subscription not workIng

Good afternoon. I accedently purchased the year subscription after the trial expired, on June 11, 2021. I didn't realize this happened until two weeks after the trial ended.  The app never updated to unlock the full features and i have not had access to them since paying the $70. This is unacceptable and would like to have access to the purchased locked item. If this is not possible, i would like to receive a full refund because your app does not work, as is, on my iPad.

I had the same issue

 it said that my subscription was expired

Try to update the application to latest version i.e 21.08.01 and let us know if you still face the issue.
