Subscription not working

I purchased Adobe premium for my iPhone today. It allowed me to edit document. Once I saved & went back to document it wouldn't allow me to edit. Promted me to purchase subscription (which I already have). I uninstalled & reinstalled the app now my document is gone and it's still prompting me to purchase subscription. Please advise.

Hope you are doing well,

 

Sorry for the issue you are facing to use your subscription. Your subscription should automatically activate. If you have an issue, you can reactive or restore your purchase as follows:

  1. Tap Profile icon
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.
