subscription not working

I have a premium subscription (I have the purchase receipt/ tax invoice and it is listed on the app store that I have a subscription) but it is not working, instead it is showing that I am free user. I can not do anything with program

As checked, I cannot see any active subscription linked to this email. If you've purchased the subscription through any other email address, kindly share it with me via private message.
