I’ve reviewed the Adobe Account associated with the Adobe ID you’ve used in this community and it appears there are no active subscriptions for Acrobat Premium— all subscriptions are currently inactive or cancelled.

 

If you have purchased Acrobat Premium using a different email address, please let us know so we can investigate further.
