Subscription paid for full year and now asks to pay again…???

Question

This past May I payed for a full year subscription and now it's saying I'm a free subscriber and I need to pay for the full version for a full year... AGAIN! WT??? Why? My next subscription isn't due until May of 2022! Do I need to cancel? Will I get refunded? And as always, no one to actually talk to.

Please try to restore subscription once and let us know if that works for you.

To restore your account using below given steps:

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.
