Subscription problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased the pro version with yearly subscription method several days ago. But my app still seems in free version features. 

When I want to purhase it again it says you already purchased. I am stucked.

    We checked and verified your current Adobe ID (email) which you have used to login to the community, and there are no subscription associated with it.

    Could you please share more details? Are you trying to use the Acrobat Reader mobile app on Android, or iOS? If you have purchased the license with a different email ID, please ensure you are using the ID to login to the application. Sign out once, restart the app, and the device, and login back with the ID through which you subscribed the license.
