Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with your subscription.
I suggest you update the application to the latest version through App Store.
Also, I saw an active subscription with the email address mentioned. Would you mind checking with the online cloud portal if you can use the tools there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
If the tools work there, you might want to check the method you use to log in to the application.
