Subscription problem

I have an subscription through apple, I am trying to edit an PDF document and it keeps telling me to subscribe, I press subscribe now and it just loads. I have logged out and Logged back in. I even canceled my subscription and bought it again same thing. At this point I'm about to just cancel my membership all together.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.

 

I checked your account with the email address registered on the community and could not find an active subscription.

 

I suspect a purchase on the Apple ID rather than the email mentioned. Would you mind logging in using both Adobe ID and Apple ID options?
