Subscription problems

I get charged by Apple every year for my premium subscription, but I am only registered as a free user in the app (even when I log in using my Apple credentials). When I attempt to restore purchases, it says my purchase was using a different login and that I should use that, however I only have one. Again my subscription is with Apple, and I am using my Apple login. Can anyone help??

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile subscriptions.

 

With App Store, you have an option where Apple masks your original ID to a random apple email address to safeguard and hide your own Email.

 

Have you tried using the option to type in your Email address too if this works?
