Subscription to AI is made but everytime i open pdf it is asking to subscribe to AI

I have checked the Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you are using on this community, but I was unable to find any paid subscription. If you used a different email address for the purchase, please let us know so we can try to locate the subscription.

Additionally, you should have received a purchase confirmation email from the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android). A screenshot of this confirmation would be very helpful for us to track your subscription further.
