Subscription won't cancel and money has been deducted from my account twice

I have contacted Adobe through multiple platforms, via the app store review option and through email and still haven't gotten any feedback. Two months ago I opted for the free trial to test out the software and when I wanted to cancel the subscription it told me that I should fix my payment options since I didn't have sufficient money for the subscription, which was fine, but it told me that if it was not fixed the subscription would automatically be canceled. When I loaded money onto my account weeks after assuming it would have canceled by then it immediate deducted my money. I emailed and contacted and still nothing has been done and it deducted money from me again. I demand a refund for both occasions and will never subscribe or use the trial ever again. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the Adobes team in handling this situation.
