I subscribed and then canceled my subscription, but the subscription amount was deducted. How can I return the amount?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with managing subscription.

 

There could be two ways to manage your subscription:

1. Log in to https://adobe.ly/4rJ91hT to know about active subscriptions.

2. If you have made the purchase from your mobile device, you can open your device's PlayStore/App Store and check the Payment and Subscription section to check for active subscriptions.

 

If none of it works, you can reach out to our billing team on our social media handles. They can be reached at:

Witam,

Mam ten sam problem zacząłem subskrypcje jakieś dwa miesiące temu i w ten sam dzień zrezygnowałem a co miesiąc pobiera ma 80zł.. nigdzie nie widnieje informacja o aktywnym planie.. coś możesz pomóc?
