Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with managing subscription.
There could be two ways to manage your subscription:
1. Log in to https://adobe.ly/4rJ91hT to know about active subscriptions.
2. If you have made the purchase from your mobile device, you can open your device's PlayStore/App Store and check the Payment and Subscription section to check for active subscriptions.
