i have a subscrition on Acrobat but this look me like i

don't have a subscrition, and i can't use premium way! Solve this problem please, it's big problem!

As you have confirmed that you have the premium subscription, make sure you are using the same email on which the purchase is made. Hi there I have the same problem and I have delete/re installed the app,updated my phone and iPad  cancel the subscription ,renew the subscription and still not working.

can you please advice what to do and how to get this resolved ASAP.

Please see the photos of what I get when I try to use the app.
