Suggested keywords

Anyone having the same problem not seeing any of the suggested words and numbers used in the past? When I start typing the apple suggested words/autocorrect bar appears over the adobe suggested keywords. In order to see the adobe suggested keywords, I have to click off the box and click back onto the number or word that I've started.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile application you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

yes this problem has happened recently, probably around 1-2 weeks ago. Current version of adobe is 25.10.00 (20251021.101031)

I've tried uninstalling, logging in/out, can't upgrade phone anymore as it's up to date. Turned on/off the auto suggestions option in preferences. This happens on my computer, iPad, and iPhone (main device) on any pdf I select to fill/sign. Been filling these forms out for hospitals for years without any problems. Now all the sudden I can't see them. Use to be able to see all my past auto-saved suggestions while I type whatever that might be.
