Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

There are separate ways to delete files from Acrobat. You can check the status by seeing the symbol below the file name.

If there are no symbols, it signifies that the file has already been deleted.

In such scenarios, you can click the three dots at the top-right of the home screen-> select "Clear Recents."

This should clear the file list on your app's home page.

If this is not what you want, you can log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and select the files you need to delete-> click "Delete"
