Necesito suscribirme para el uso pleno de Adobe y me entrega este mensaje 

Error: B7002/P/91lXN y que me.ponga en contacto con atención al cliente. Que debo hacer ??

Are you not able to purchase the subscription or restore it to use? We will  like to know more about it before commenting further.
