Suscripción mensual vs suscripcion gratuita

Estoy pagando una suscripción "gratuita", no se dónde ni como reclamar esto..sin acudir a servicios legales privados.

Alguna sugerencia? gracias.

Thats the point, i haven't got any subscription to cancel but i'm paying a
