Suscripción no aplicada

En el mes de Nov del año 2021 pagué mi suscripción y hasta el día de hoy enero 17 del 2022 no puedo accesar a las funciones. 
necesito de su ayuda o por favor devuelvan mi dinero.

As mentioned that you are not able to use the subscription but unable to use the premium features. On your account, we can't see any subscription purchased in Nov month. Would you mind sharing a proof of purchase and confirming your email on which you have got the purchase confirmation, in a private message?

For sending a private message follow the below steps:

  1. Tap my name beside my profile picture.
  2. Tap send a message.
  3. Write your message and tap send.
