Symbols and text rendered as boxed question marks

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response and also for the experience you had to go through.

Thank oyu for sharing the screen shot with us to get a better idea, however, it looks an issue with the fonts being incomaptible with the application due to which you are getting this error. 

Please try updating the application from the App Store and also update the iOS version of your iPAd and then check once if it resolves your issue.
