I had two products that synced and I have gone into the app store and do not see anything about devices. I have a mac, an iphone 5s, my old ipad and my new one. I can only read all of my pdfs on my old ipad. please help

If you have purchased Acrobat you can use that on your laptop or iMac. And you can install Acrobat Reader app on your iPhone and iPad. And you can log in to these applications via the same Adobe ID. Then you can share the file via DocumentCloud or other cloud connectors.
