System Crash on file open

Hello team, there is an unknown error showing every time I open any PDF on my phone.

Kindly help me to fix this.

I had the same issue. I downloaded WPS office and Adobe Acrobat. It worked . I think the problem is that the file opening in internet explorer.

Do you see the error when trying to view PDF files? Or does the system crash in general?
