    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

If you have access to Adobe Sign, please check the steps shared in the help page https://adobe.ly/4y78w4a and see if that works.

Let us know if you are referring to something else

    Hello @zain_6246

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing while opening the document.

A couple of questions to help figure out what's happening:

    • Did you receive this as an email with a link to sign (for example, through Acrobat Sign), or as a PDF file attachment that you're opening directly in the Acrobat Reader app?

    • What happens when you try to open it, does nothing happen at all, does an error message appear, or does it open but then fail to load?

    • Are you trying to open it on a phone, tablet, or computer, and which app or browser are you using?

In the meantime, a few things worth trying:

    1. If it's a link in an email, try opening it in a different browser, or copy and paste the link directly into your browser's address bar instead of clicking it.

    2. If it's a file attachment, try saving it to your device first, then opening it directly from the Acrobat Reader app rather than from the email.

    3. Make sure you're signed in to Acrobat Reader with the email address the document was sent to, since signature requests are often tied to a specific email.

Let us know what you find

    Regards,
    Amal
