    Hope you are doin well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the troble you are experiencing.


    What happens when you try to edit the PDF —do you see a paywall, or is the edit option missing/disabled? Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for better understanding.

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. 

    Are you on Android or iOS, and which version of the app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once.


    Also, please check:

    • If you are logged into the correct account: Sometimes users purchase the subscription on one ID but are signed in with another on the app.

    • What type of file are you trying to edit? If it's a scanned PDF (image-based), you may need to run OCR (“Recognize Text”) before editing.

    • Some files may have editing restrictions applied. Try to edit a different PDF file and check if its working or not.
