Tenho uma assinatura ativa até janeiro de 2027 do Adobe acrobat plus e não estou conseguindo transformar documentos em PDF . Sempre abre uma tela para fazer uma assinatura.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Reader Plus. As described, you are unable to convert the documents to PDF and getting the pop up asking to subscribe, please log out of the application, reboot the device and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that works.

Fiz tudo sai do aplicativo, desliguei o celular, liguei o celular, entrei no aplicativo e não consigo transformar documentos em PDF. Abre janela oferecendo para atualizar a compra.

@Eliane Ferzeli please try to restore the purchase, tap on the profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchases and see if that works.
