Text conversation saved to file

Does anyone know how to save a complete conversation of text messages to a single file. I'm technologically challenged

iPhones don’t offer a built-in option to export entire conversations. But here are a couple of easy alternatives:

Option 1: Take Screenshots
Scroll through the conversation, take screenshots, and then combine them into a PDF.
Option 2: Use a Mac
If you have a Mac and your messages are synced via iCloud, you can open the Messages app, copy the whole conversation, and paste it into a Word document and then save it as a PDF.
