Text function missing from menu bar in shared file

I shared a checklist file to some colleague for a shared review but suddenly I’ve noticed the text option I use to add text directly on the page with comments and colors instead of using the comment function is missing.

The issue occurres just with this file which is the only one I’ve shared so far, local files have all the menu options.

Any clue?
