Text has started to mirror itself after moving to next field in form

Question

So I have a timesheet form that I have created, and have been using for a couple of years now, but all of a sudden the text in some of the fields has started to mirror itself while using the Adobe app. When I go to send the file via email the text appears to revert back to normal but is reversed/mirrored while using the app. Have deleted app and reinstalled and also tried restarting iPad with no effect on issue.
