Text in form on iphone disappears after leaving form using Adobe Reader App

Hello:

I specifically purchase Acrobat PRO DC so that I could create a mobile ready form that could be used by my staff on job sites.  I had them install the adobe reader app and have them set their data storage to local.

after filling in the form, they can exit the form and then re-enter and sometimes the text they previously entered is still there but many times, later, much of the text they entered into the form is gone!

Very frustrating.

I created the form on Acrobat Pro on a PC and we are using it on apple iphones.

If there isn't a fix for this, I have no use for this program.
