on occasion I download a PDF in Safari on my iPhone and save it to the Acrobat app. The Text tables are fully legible on the webpage (left frame in link below), but, when saved to Acrobat Reader, the text is not refine enough to be legible (right frame).

Whhat can I do to get a clean PDF with legible text?

Thanks. I can see what you mean. If the file is public, please post a link to the original PDF that you are downloading, on the washoecounty.us web site.

Should have included that link in the OP.

The Text configures properly in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. But, in being saved to the current version of Acrobat Reader for the iPhone, it seems to get corrupted.

That link isn't public.
