Text recognition languages

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end and was able to download the Turkish language successfully. 

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm a few details:

• Which device and OS version you are using (Android / iOS)?
• Which version of the Acrobat app is currently installed on your device?
• Are you trying to download the language while connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data?

In the meantime, you may try the following steps and see if that works:

• Check network permissions – Ensure the app is allowed to use the internet in your device settings.
• Switch networks – Try downloading the language pack using a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data connection.
• Restart the app/device – Close the app completely and restart your device, then try downloading the language again.
• Update the app – Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app from the App Store/Play Store.
