The app won't let me access my files in Google drive

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you can’t see your 3 videos from Google Drive in the app.

Adobe Acrobat on mobile is designed to open and work with PDF documents from your device and connected storage such as Google Drive, so it would help to understand exactly what you are trying to do. Could you please let us know:

• Which app are you using (Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader), and is it on Android or iPhone/iPad?

• Are the 3 videos in a Google Drive folder you can see in the app’s Files list, or does Google Drive not appear there at all?

• What happens when you try to open them (no files listed, an error message, or the files appear greyed out)? If there is a message, please share the exact wording.

• What would you like to do with these videos in Acrobat?
