The document can not be opened because it is damaged - iPad Mini (PDF)

Hola, tengo un iPad Mini (Versión 9.3.5).

Estoy tratando de descargar un fichero PDF de Adobe Acrobat en mi tableta y al guardarlo me notifica que el documento no se puede abrir porque está dañado.

He descargado el mismo fichero en el PC y ningún problema. En general descarga otros ficheros PDF, pero este en concreto no logra ejecutarlo

Espero solucionar y poder ejecutar el fichero en mi iPad Mini.

Hi Begur,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

Thanks for sharing the detailed information and link for the problematic file. We have tested the same at our end, opened the file using desktop application and also transferred the  same file on iOS mobile device.

The issue is not reproducible at our end, as we have managed to open the file successfully on both the devices desktop and iOS mobile.

I assume the iOS you are working on or the application, either not updated or the file hasn't opened properly in the app.

If you are still experiencing the same issue and the file hasn't worked for you, then you may save the same file on "Document Cloud" storage using desktop application and then open it suing Adobe Reader mobile app's "Document Cloud" storage.

Because there could be a possibility that the file not downloading properly.

Let us know if you are still struggling for the same.
