I often cannot open pdf documents in Acrobat Reader on my iPhone and iPad. I can view the pdf document in Edge browser, when I try to open the document in Acrobat Reader, the app prompts 'Downloading' and then prompts 'The document cannot be opened because it might be corrupted or damaged'.

I already updated latest version of Acrobat Reader (21.03.00) but that didn't fix the problem.

Do you have a paid subscription of Acrobat Pro DC?

Based on the screenshot provided it doesn't seem that you're signed in with a valid AdobeID in the Acrobat Reader mobile app
