Question

The document cannot be opened because it might be corrupted or damaged error is coming while I am trying to open a pdf while I am able to open it in other pdf readers like Drive Pdf viewer, Moon reader, etc. This error is with two specific files only. This error is being displayed on both Android and iPad

On iPad Iam using Acrobat 21.07.00

On Android I am using 21.7.0

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you tried to open the file, but it was showing the error. We have checked that this is the issue with file, its structure is corrupt.

you might need to recreate the PDF using print to Adobe PDF option in Acrobat pro DC (Desktop application).

And because it is a file specific issue there is nothing much can be done.
